Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing and refunds work for HowTheyGotUsers. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Because the service is delivered digitally and access begins as soon as your payment is confirmed, please read it before you buy.

What you are buying

HowTheyGotUsers is a one-time purchase of US$29 for lifetime access to the database, including the tactics we add over time. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase.

All sales are final

Because the Service is digital and access to the full library is granted immediately on purchase, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you a right we cannot override.

By completing your purchase you request immediate access to the Content and acknowledge that this is why the purchase is non-refundable.

To help you decide before you buy, the public previews across the site (tactic titles, summaries and linked sources) are free to browse.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where such law grants you a refund right that this policy cannot override, that law applies. If you think this is your situation, contact us with your account email and the details of the charge.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at hello@howtheygotusers.com so we can put it right quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may lead to your access being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
