Response time

We typically reply within 1–2 business days. If you do not hear back, please check your spam folder and make sure replies to hello@howtheygotusers.com are not being filtered.

Billing, cancellations, and refunds

Payments and billing are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They run checkout, charge your card, and manage taxes and invoices on our behalf. You can still email us with any billing question and we will help you sort it out.

To cancel your subscription or to read our policy on refunds, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of your paid period.
